Description : St. Thomas English High School was the very first school to to be REGISTERED in Goa. The Founder Principal Mr. Edward Soares, a respected educationalist, has the entire main road in Aldona named after him.  The school was first housed in rented premises of a private residence (in photo) now in ruins. It was then shifted to much bigger premises (built in the shape of a 'T" for Thomas). St. Thomas High School, currently run by the Fransalian fathers, is now housed in a massive complex built on top off a hill. The school once boasted a very formidable reputation in the field of sports.
